Usher's songs are consistent chart-toppers. His soothing voice combined with his dance moves is sheer poetry. He never fails to melt the hearts of his fans with his vocal prowess and grooves. However, fans are sure to swoon for Usher even more once they see him with Scarlett (see photo from Life With Dogs).
The role dog
It was in 2012 when Usher met Scarlett, a goldendoodle. The encounter happened at a charity auction, where the 40-year-old singer spent a whopping $12,000. The two instantly had a strong bond. He showers her with kisses and belly rubs everyday. She also gets front row seats to his mini-concerts at home.
In exchange, Usher receives plenty of support and love from Scarlett. He confesses that he went through difficult times before. One of the things that kept him going was having Scarlett by his side. Their bond keeps growing each day. In fact, it's become so strong that Usher calls Scarlett his role dog.
Learning valuable life lessons
The goldendoodle also touched the lives of Usher's kids. Naivyd (9) and Usher V (10) learned valuable life lessons from Scarlett. They don't walk her every day, but they still bond with their dad's role dog. The two boys cuddle and play games with her when they have time.

Dubbed as the designer breed, the goldendoodle first made its appearance during the 1960s. This breed is a cross between the golden retriever and the poodle. The goal was to come up with a breed that will help people who are visually impaired. The goldendoodle is hypoallergenic because it does not shed fur. It is the perfect breed for people who have allergies.
